UpNext is a comprehensive music platform designed to help underrated music artists and music professionals grow their careers. As part of our services, we allow users to connect their Instagram accounts via Meta's API to schedule content and manage their music-related social presence more effectively.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, including any data accessed via Instagram Login, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data from UpNext:

1. Email us at [support@upnextapp.co] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

2. Include your full name and the email address associated with your UpNext account.

3. If you used Instagram Login, please also include your Instagram username.

Once we receive your request:

• We will permanently delete your UpNext account and all associated data from our systems.

• Any tokens or permissions granted via the Instagram API will be revoked.

• We will confirm the deletion by email within 7 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon request, we will delete:

• Your UpNext user profile and login credentials

• All scheduled posts and Instagram-related content

• All connected platform data (Spotify, TikTok, YouTube if applicable)

• Any usage or analytics data linked to your account
